Summer Institute
High school students involved in Career Education (CE) are more engaged, perform better and graduate at higher rates. College of Alameda’s CE programs provide hands-on instruction and help students develop skills required for the workplace. Many of the programs are short-term and get students certified and ready for work immediately. CoA’s summer institute provides students with an opportunity to explore some of its exciting programs that range from Modern Making (making stuff) at our FabLab, Career Exploration, and Auto Mechanics. Join us for an Informational Session on the Summer Institute at Career Discovery Day on Thursday, May 13th & Friday, May 14th (9:00 AM – 12:30 PM) RSVP at AlamedaDiscoveryDay.org
