Free Remote Mental Health Counseling
Get support with adjusting to college, relationship difficulties, coping with crisis, problems at school or work, social isolation, difficulties sleeping, anxiety, depression, COVID-19 stressors, family concerns, stress management, alcohol and drug use concerns, grief, etc.

Remote mental counseling will be available Monday – Friday, and limited in-person appointments (following all COVID-19 safety guidelines) will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Free Medical & Nursing Services at Roots Clinic
Provides medical care, first-aid, pregnancy testing, Flu Shots, TB testing, COVID-19 testing, health education, family planning, birth control, sexually transmitted infections, and community referrals. Students can choose to have an appointment by phone, virtually, or in-person.
Roots Clinic Patient Navigator – Assists with health insurance, MediCal, and CalFresh (Food Stamp) enrollment. Identifies and connects with housing and financial resources.
