Due to the Shelter-in-Place Order, all departments have moved to remote and online service delivery. Office hours remain the same:

February 2 – Last Day to Drop Regular Session Classes and Receive a Refund
February 2 –Last Day to Drop Regular Classes w/o a W appearing on Transcripts
February 2 – Last Day to Add Regular Session Classes w/ a Permission number or Add card
February 14-17 – President’s Birthday – Holiday Observance
March 13 – Last Day to File Petitions for AA or AS Degree/Certificate
March 19 – Professional Day – No Instruction
March 31 – Cesar Chavez – Holiday Observance
April 12 – 18 – Spring Recess
April 24 – Last Day to w/draw from Regular Session Classes and Receive a W. All outstanding fees are due even if classes are dropped on this day
April 24 – Attendance Verification Day
May 15 – Malcolm X Birthday
May 16 – Saturday Instruction Ends
May 17 – 22 – Final Examinations
