College Request Form

In response to the current crisis, JBAY is partnering with iFoster to make free laptops available to foster youth enrolled in college along with free smartphones with unlimited data that can be used as hotspots.

If you would like to request phones and/or laptops for your students, please complete the attached spreadsheet and submit to serita@ifoster.org. Although we cannot guarantee every student will be approved, please send us your full needs. Note that we must have each student’s name and DOB to process the request. If you do not have your complete list, you may send in what you have available and provide a second request later.

You will know that iFoster received your request and is acting on it when you get a response email. Our collective goal is to go from approved request to order and ready to ship in 48 hours maximum.

It is faster to ship in bulk to a representative from the college rather than individually to students. iFoster can arrange shipping to whatever address you provide. iFoster can do individual shipping if necessary but please be aware that a) iFoster must be able to contact the student so they can provide them with shipping tracking information and let them know when it is coming, b) the student MUST be home to receive their phone or laptop and sign for them. If NOT they will be shipped back! In this crisis period, FedEx and UPS cannot guarantee that they will attempt delivery more than once.
