Online Orientation

New Student Orientation

Online Orientation is your chance to get to know College of Alameda and to learn about the information, resources and tools you’ll need to be successful here.

Online Orientation is an important resource for new students, and you’ll need to complete Orientation before you can meet with your counselor and register for classes.

Instructions

  1. Take the online orientation for credit and save your progress by entering your student information. If you have already applied to the college, finding your Student ID # is easy. Log into your Passport account and your Student ID # will be located in the upper left corner
  2. After completing orientation, print or take a photo of your certificate of completion and bring it with you to see a Counselor in the Welcome Center (Building A). A Counselor will help you choose your classes and lift enrollment holds so that you can register for your classes
