About

The Community Change and Urban Leadership Initiative is “a coalition of people and organizations dedicated to creating the conditions for healthy East Bay community life in the 21st century.”  This program is designed to empower and build the capacity of people and their communities to expand their own “life chances” through the collaborative work of this coalition. It is associated with the Departments of Political Science and Communication at College of Alameda.  CCUL has a series of Pathways to Student Career Success.  We offer these “Pathways” to educational and career success designed to prepare you to pursue professional careers in the public (government) and social sectors (the non-profit world) as public administrators, lawyers, and community & organizational leaders.
