The New “D.R.E.A.M.” Program
The New D.R.E.A.M. literally saved my life. After 20 years of Incarceration, I had no clue what I was going to do. New D.R.E.A.M. accepted me as I was and helped me enroll in the College of Alameda (CoA). Now I have graduated from the ATLAS program with a certificate which helped assist me with getting employment. I amconcurrently enrolled in CoA and UC Berkeley to obtain my B.A. for more stable employment. New D.R.E.A.M. has helped coach me to secure my own place in the world. Now I’m in pursuit of starting my own business. New D.R.E.A.M. is the way to go.

New D.R.E.A.M. is a program that helps to assist the formerly incarcerated. We’ll ensure your way through the educational system that leads to a degree/certificate for gainful employment. Our ultimate goal is for each student to attain their actualization goals. We provide:
- Peer to peer mentoring
- Priority registration
- Specialized study groups
- Weekly talk/rap sessions
- Tutoring
- Food/transportation vouchers
- Grants of school supplies.
To reduce the recidivism rate of incarceration 100% through education and career placement, and by rebuilding family a nd community.
