The CalWORKS staff has identified the following Student Learning Outcomes for the various services provided to students:
Students will develop a Student Educational Plan (SEP) that will facilitate an effective integration into the work force.(ILO 1: Problem Solving & Decision Making)
Students will find and utilize effectively available community based resources needed to become self-sufficient. (ILO 1: Problem Solving & Decision Making)
Students will recognize life and work stressor and design and implement effective practices, goals and interventions. (ILO 5: Civic Responsibility)
Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) may be assessed through the following methods:

- Questionnaires
- Review of collected data, and
- Other methods
