Mental Health Counseling Center

Currently, College of Alameda offers mental health counseling at no additional cost to students. Services are paid for by the student health fee.  All mental health services are run or supervised by a licensed mental health counselor. Check out the toolkit below for some tips on stress management and a list of community resources:
