Programs and Services for Students with Disabilities (DSPS)

DSPS offers academic advising, counseling, diagnostic testing, access to assistive technology, and other academic accommodations but you must request these services.

Learning Resource Center (LRC)

Located on the second floor of the library. Resources include:

  • Drop-in Academic Help and Workshops in the Math Lab, Writing Center, and ESL Lab for classes across the curriculum
  • Appointments for free tutoring in most subjects
  • Open entry, open exit lab classes in English, ESL, and Math that go at your own pace

One Stop Career Center

The Alameda One-Stop Business and Career Center provides FREE employment services to job seekers and employers. We offer a variety of services to individuals of all ages and abilities, and to businesses of all sizes and types.
